Ancient Stone Flames, is a new barbeque restaurant in Hyderabad and was on expansion mode. They shared their requirement with 4P's Realty Services and were looking to expand in Jubilee Hills Road No. 36, needing a 6000 Sqft area. Given the nature of a barbecue restaurant with a slower table turnover, securing a larger space with ample seating capacity was crucial for their success. But finding such large spaces in the most demanding location is a challenge.

We tried a few places, but they were pricier than what the client had in mind. So, we kept searching and finally landed on a budget-friendly spot that checked all the boxes. Ancient Stone Flames was our first client, and their needs paved the way for Fourps Realty Services.
